Working with Thomas was Amazing to say the least. Great and easy guy to work with, he will answer any question and if he doesn’t know the answer, which is rare, he will figure it out. I have used him a few times but most recently an engagement ring for my fiancé. I came to him with an idea and a picture and he made it happen. It is evident in his work how much pride and passion he has in doing what he does. It doesn’t get any better than a local jeweler.

Love love love these people! A gorgeous selection and so much customization to find what i need. Thomas and Michele are amazing and i always have a wonderful experience here with amazing pieces! I can just ask if i have an idea of something. The turn around time is amazing for repairs. Love this place!

This is such a beautiful shop! They have some really beautiful jewelry and they also do custom items as well. The owner is so nice! I only needed a small chain, but they took great care of me, were honest, and did not pressure or upsell me at all. I will absolutely keep them in mind in the future for any jewelry needs. Absolutely worth a visit.

Beautiful jewelry store in Gallatin! Thomas, the owner and jeweler is kind and passionate about his craft. He truly cares about his customers and quality of work. Thomas Jewelry has done a bunch of work for me and I’ve been remiss in writing a review. He fixed my mom’s emerald ring twice - once I lost an emerald and he replaced it. Then I lost another one but my husband had not been happy with the price of first one. Thomas recommended that I get man made emeralds at each end to match colors. That price was much more affordable and I have an extra one now if I lose another one. Perfect! He also sold me a magnetic clasp for a necklace I had a hard time latching. Installed it quickly and it’s perfect. I had a charm from my brother’s death that I wanted to put on my Pandora bracelet. He got a Pandora circle and attached my memorial piece to it. It was done Friday but I had a busy weekend and forgot to pick it up on the way home. I’ll get it tomorrow when he opens. He’s just been great!

Thomas is a phenomenal talent when it comes to designing jewelry. Three years ago I told him what I wanted in an engagement ring and he designed a beautiful ring and a wedding band with it. Last week I went back and had him add an additional band above the ring to complete the circle around the engagement ring. It is absolutely beautiful! I drove 10 hours round trip for him and will do it every time I need jewelry. Him and his staff are first rate.

I had a ring, a wide band of hearts set with diamonds that I bought in the late 70's that I always treasured. Over the years, it "shrunk" or "I grew"... couldn't comfortably wear it any more, so it sat in a jewelry chest for over 40 years. I was going through lots of jewelry pieces one day, found it and decided to get it resized. Took it to Thomas, who quoted a very reasonable price to expand it. It took a few weeks, with all his holiday "rush orders", so i patiently waited. In January, i went in to check on the progress, and the ring was still in his "to do box". While we waited, we got to watch Thomas work his magic, and within the hour, i was able to wear my favorite ring again! It sparkled like new, can't see where he added gold to expand it, and my treasured ring is now part of my daily happy dance! He has also resized a watch band on an Invicta watch, and another watch for me. While we are there, we see all the beautiful custom jewelry pieces available to purchase. It's easy to see that Thomas is passionate about his craft, and Gallatin is so lucky to have him in our small town. His reputation is as gold as his jewelry, and it's worth the drive if you're not local, to visit his shop.
